Due to the nature of our business, calling ahead to book an appointment is advised. This will guarantee your spot is reserved. When booking for 2-3 people together we recommend scheduling at least a week in advance and two weeks in advance for groups of 4 or more. While we love to take walk-ins when we can, it is not always a guarantee because our scheduled appointments will always take precedent and sometimes we are completely booked for several days at a time.

We reserve the right to deny any service for someone that is more than 10-15 minutes late for their appointment. Please call to inform us if you think that you will be late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to a different day if you are going to be more than 10-15 minutes late.

As a courtesy, we require notification of any cancellations and or changes to the amount of services at least 2 hours prior to arrival.

For groups of 5 or more, we offer a 10% discount for all services.

We kindly ask that all of the guests in your party arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service start time. This will allow your guests time to say their "hellos," use the restroom, get a drink etc.

An 18% gratuity will be added to the bill at the time of check out for all groups of 5 or more.

Cancellations that have not been received prior to the day of service will be charged a missed service fee equal to 50% of the missed service amount.

First time Free Manicure Coupons will not be honored for groups of 5 or more. However the Free Manicure Coupon will be honored for in-town customers on their next visit.

We are committed to providing sanitary conditions. We do not have jets in our pedicure baths because they can lead to cross-contamination from the dirty pipes. We use all hospital-grade sanitizing liquids to clean our tubs and tools in-between each client.

We do not use razors as they can cause the skin on your heels to become sensitive. This could cause the body to treat it as an injury, therefore producing thicker, more callused skin build-up. We will use a foot file, sugar scrub, shea butter, and cocoa butter to exfoliate and hydrate the skin.

We have over 300 nail polishes to choose from that are either 3-FREE or 5-FREE!

Our Pedicure services will take 45-60 minutes and include a complimentary beverage and a warm aromatherapy neck pillow filled with cloves and lavender.

It will take about an hour for your toenail polish to dry so we recommend that you bring a pair of sandals with you.

If you live in the local area and are over the age of 18, your first Manicure at ATiR is FREE! This is not a gimmick or a sales pitch! We are very excited about helping people with their nail and skin problems! We want to educate everyone on the do's and don'ts in the industry as well as teach you how to have beautiful healthy skin and nails! Your first-time manicure will be very informative. This information will include how and why we manicure the way we do, the anatomy of your nail, the different products we use, and why we use them. Knowledge is power! There is no obligation to buy anything to get the free manicure, we just want you to know what we know so there is a level of comfort and education that benefits everyone.

Our products cure at about 6 degrees or less. Due to this, we advise keeping your manicure or pedicure in a cool environment as possible during the drying time mentioned. When the temperatures outside are 85 degrees or higher, drying times may take longer.
