To support efficient scheduling and reduce last-minute cancellations, ATiR now requires a valid credit or debit card on file when booking appointments—whether online, over the phone, or in person.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

We value your privacy—your payment information is encrypted, securely stored, and never shared.

• For groups of 2–3, please schedule at least 1 week in advance.
• For groups of 4 or more, we recommend scheduling 2 weeks ahead.

While we welcome walk-ins when possible, we are often fully booked and prioritize scheduled clients. Feel free to call to check for openings or to join the waitlist.

We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, get comfortable, and enjoy your visit.

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

• Please call to inform us if you think that you will be late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.

We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled services. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest and helps keep our schedule running smoothly.

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you may be considered a No Show, and the full cost of the service may be charged to the card on file.

We understand that life happens—please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. Excessive no-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact your ability to book future appointments.

We are committed to providing the highest standard of clean, natural nail care.

• No jets or whirlpools – We use non-circulating basins and hospital-grade sanitation practices to prevent contamination and ensure your safety.
• No razors – We never use razors or blades to remove calluses. While they may offer quick results, razors can cause the skin on your heels to become overly sensitive. Your body may interpret this as injury, triggering thicker, tougher callus buildup over time. Instead, we gently exfoliate using a foot file, shea butter sugar scrub, and nourishing creams for soft, healthy skin without harm.
• Toxin-Free Polish – Choose from over 300 nail colors, all 10-Free of harsh, harmful ingredients.
• Allow time to dry – Pedicure services take 45–60 minutes, and polish requires about an hour to fully dry. We recommend bringing open-toed sandals to your appointment.

We believe natural nail care should be both effective and educational.

• No artificial nail services – We do not apply or remove gel, shellac, dip, or acrylic nails. These can damage the natural nail plate. Our focus is on restoring and maintaining the natural health of your nails.
• Education comes standard – Your first manicure at ATiR is also a mini lesson in nail care. We’ll walk you through our unique 4-Part Program, explain the anatomy of your nails, and share why we use specific tools and products—like our Polishing Stone, Natural Nail Buffer, and Nail-trition—to support strong, beautiful nails over time.
• Toxin-Free Polish – We offer 300+ vibrant, 10-Free polish shades for a cleaner, safer manicure.
• Drying time matters – Our polishes cure naturally, without lamps. In cooler conditions, drying takes about 45–60 minutes. In hot weather (above 85°F), allow extra time and keep hands in a cool environment as much as possible to support proper curing.

Gift certificates purchased through our website may be redeemed online for products or in-clinic for products or services.

• Discounted gift certificates will expire 6 months from the date of purchase
• After expiration, the balance becomes a salon credit toward full-priced services for up to 5 years
