We kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged. No-shows may result in a charge of the full service amount.

We understand that things happen. Availability depends on the clinic schedule, so please call us as soon as possible if you’re running late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

At this time, our online system does not allow combo booking. To schedule a manicure and pedicure during the same visit, you’ll need to book each service individually. We recommend booking them back-to-back to ensure your preferred times line up. If you need help, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist.

Group booking is not available online. Please call either our Short Pump or Cary Street location directly, and our team will be happy to arrange appointments for your group.
